Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new Sections
1-217 (a) (160), (161) and (162) of said Code, Title, Subtitle, and Article
be, and they are hereby added to read as follows:

Section 1-217

(a) (160) Senior Combination Inspector—Graduation from a rec-
ognized high school and five (5) years of experience in business investiga-
tional or public contact work, one (1) year of which must have been at
the level of Combination Inspector; or any equivalent combination of
education and experience.

(161)    Erosion Control Inspector—Graduation from a recognized
high school and three (3) years of experience in grading work or soil
erosion inspection or related engineering work; or any equivalent combina-
tion of education and experience.

(162)    Engineering Technician—Graduation from a recognized high
school, preferably completion of a two (2) year community college program,
two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in design and in-
spection work on a sub-professional engineering level; or any equivalent
combination of experience and training.

Section 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Ordinance
shall take effect forty-five (45) days from the date it becomes law.
