will be April 1, 2001. The interest to be paid on the bonds of such issue
shall be paid on April 1 and October 1.

"Section 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That unless and
until otherwise provided by the County Council of Anne Arundel County,
Maryland, by ordinance, an issue of not exceeding Twenty-five Million
Dollars ($25,000,000) of the bonds authorized by this ordinance shall be
dated November 1, 1971, and issued to mature so that the date of the
first serial maturity will be November 1, 1972, and the date of the last
serial maturity will be November 1, 2001. The interest to be paid on
the bonds of such issue shall be paid on November 1 and May 1."

Section 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new Section
10A be and it is hereby added to said Bill No. 60-70, to follow immediately
after Section 10 thereof, and to read as follows:

Section 10A. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED AND ORDAINED,
That the coupons to be attached to the coupon bonds authorized hereby
and to be issued hereafter shall be authenticated by the facsimile signature
of the County Executive and may also be authenticated by the facsimile
signature of the Director of Administration; all bonds authorized hereby
and to be issued hereafter shall be executed by the facsimile signature of
the County Executive; the facsimile seal of the County on all such bonds
shall be attested by the facsimile signature of the Secretary to the County
Executive and all such bonds shall be authenticated by the manual signature
of the Director of Administration, all as provided by Section 3 hereof.
Authority is hereby conferred on the Director of Administration to make
changes, additions, deletions and substitutions in the forms set forth in
Section 3 hereof to implement the provisions hereof.

Section 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Ordinance
shall take effect forty-five (45) days IS HEREBY DECLARED TO BE
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AND NECESSARY FOR THE IM-
MEDIATE PRESERVATION OF THE PUBLIC PEACE, HEALTH,
SAFETY, WELFARE, AND PROPERTY, AND BEING PASSED BY
THE AFFIRMATIVE VOTE OF FIVE (5) MEMBERS OF THE
COUNTY COUNCIL, THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT from the
date it becomes law.

1-200.1 (a) (1) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), as added or amended by Bill No. 92-69, Title 1,
"Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article 1, "Exempt Service",
providing for the position of Support Account Clerk of the Circuit
Court.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 1-200.1 (a)
(1) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
