date beyond which such milk shall not be sold, delivered, or offered for
sale shall be legibly stamped on the cap or container thereof.

(b) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not
more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or imprisoned not more
than six (6) months, or both fined and imprisoned.

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Ordinance
is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety, welfare, and
property, and being passed by the affirmative vote of five (5) members
of the County Council, the same shall take effect from the date it becomes
law.

Bill No. 99-70

An Emergency Ordinance to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 6 of Bill No. 60-70; to re-enact, without amendments, Sections
7 and 8 of said bill; and to add new Section 10A thereto, to follow
immediately after Section 10 thereof, respectively changing the date of
the bonds, the dates of the first and last serial maturities and the
interest payment dates on the General Obligation Bonds of Anne
Arundel County referred to in said Section 6; re-affirming said dates
as enacted in Sections 7 and 8 of Bill No. 60-70; and clarifying the
manner of the execution of said bonds and bond anticipation notes,
making certain technical changes, and matters generally related
thereto.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 6 of Bill No.
60-70 be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

''Section 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That unless and
until otherwise provided by the County Council of Anne Arundel County,
Maryland, by ordinance, an issue of not exceeding Sixteen Million Dollars
($16,000,000) of the bonds authorized by this ordinance shall be dated
[October] November 1, 1970, and issued to mature so that the date of
the first serial maturity will be [October] November 1, 1971, and the
date of the last serial maturity will be [October] November 1, 2000.
The interest to be paid on the bonds of such issue shall be paid on
[October] November 1 and [April] May 1."

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections 7 and
8 of said Bill No. 60-70 be and they are hereby re-enacted, without amend-
ments, to read as follows:

"Section 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That unless and
until otherwise provided by the County Council of Anne Arundel County,
Maryland, by ordinance, an issue of not exceeding Twelve Million Dollars
($12,000,000) of the bonds authorized by this ordinance shall be dated
April 1, 1971, and issued to mature so that the date of the first serial
maturity will be April 1, 1972, and the date of the last serial maturity
