2568                               County Local Laws

(a)    Location, proposed use and height of all buildings.

(b)    Location of all parking and truck loading areas with access
and egress drives thereto.

(c)    Location of outdoor storage (if any).

(d)    Location and type of recreation facilities.

(e)    Location of all existing or proposed site improvements (includ-
ing storm drains, culverts, retaining walls and fences).

(f)    Description, method and location of water supply and sewerage
disposal facilities.

(g)    Location and proposed development of buffer areas and land-
scaping (where required).

(h)    Location, design and type of lighting facilities.

(i)    Location, size and type of all signs.

(j)    Location, size and type of open space.

(4)    A detailed computation of:

(a)    Total lot area.

(b)    Building floor area for each type of proposed use.

(c)    Building ground coverage.

(d)    Roads.

(e)    Number of parking spaces.

(f)    Open space area.

(g)    Number and size of dwelling unit by type (where applicable).

(5)    When commercial or manufacturing uses are proposed, the site
plans shall also include:

(a)    Specific uses proposed.

(b)    Number of employees for which buildings are designed.

(c)    Type of power to be used for any manufacturing processes.

(d)    Type of wastes or by-products to be produced by any manufac-
turing process.

(e)    Proposed method of disposal of such wastes or by-products.
Section 13-370.2—Preparation of Site Plans

(a)    Site plans (or any portion thereof) shall be prepared and certi-
fied by an engineer, architect, landscape architect or land surveyor (as
the case may be) duly registered to practice in the State of Maryland.

(b)    All site plans shall clearly show the information required by
this Article.

(c)    If such plans are prepared in more than one (1) sheet, match
lines shall clearly indicate where the several sheets join.
