Section 13-312.5—Floor Area Ratio

The floor area ratio for C1 C2 Commercial Office Districts shall be
not more than 2.0.

C3—General Commercial Districts
SECTION 13-313—IN GENERAL

C3—GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS SHALL PROVIDE
FOR A VARIETY OF LARGE RETAIL STORES AND RELATED
ACTIVITIES OCCUPYING PRIME RETAIL LAND AND SERVING
THE ENTIRE REGIONAL COMMUNITY.

Section 13-313A—Uses Permitted

The following uses shall be permitted in C3 General Commercial
Districts:

(1)    Those uses set forth in Section 13-311.1.

(2)    Those uses set forth in Section 13-312.1.

(3)    Appliances PORTABLE APPLIANCES (sales and repair).

(4)    AUTOMOBILE PARTS, SUPPLY OR TIRE STORES WITH-
OUT OUTSIDE STORAGE, ONLY WHEN A PART OF A DEPART-
MENT STORE OPERATION.

(5)    Banquet halls

(6)    Billiard halls

(7)    Carnivals COMMERCIAL CARNIVALS (temporary)

(8)    Carpet, rug, linoleum stores

(9)    Clocks, sales and repairs

(10)    Commercial parking garages or lots

(11)    Community centers

(12)    Department stores

(13)    Furniture stores

(14)    Garden supply stores

(15)    Health spas and gymnasiums

(16)    Historical exhibits

(17)    Home ventilation equipment showrooms without repair
facilities

(18)    Interior decorating establishments

(19)    Libraries

(20)    Luggage and leather goods stores

(21)    Medical stores

(22)    Millinery shops

(23)    Newspaper publishing and printing shops

(24)    Optician or optometrical establishments
