Section 13-313.1—-Special Exceptions

Subject to the provisions of Article X, the following special exceptions
shall be permitted in a C3 General Commercial District:

(1) All uses in conjunction with alcoholic beverages

(1)    All uses set forth in Section 13-312.2

(2)    Automobile service stations

(3)    Radio and television towers

(4)    Rifle, pistol and, skeet AND ARCHERY ranges (indoors)
Section 13-313.2—Area Requirements

(a)    Each main structure (including its accessory structures) shall
be located on a lot having an area of not less than ten thousand (10,000)
square feet.

(b)    Not more than eighty percent (80%) of said lot may be covered
by structures (including off-street parking).

(c)    Each lot shall have a depth of not less than one hundred fifty
feet (150').
