County and Frederick County converge, and thence running back in a
southwesterly direction along the Frederick County—Montgomery County
line to the point of beginning.

(m) Election District No. 13. All that portion of the thirteenth
election district of the County as herein constituted, included within the
following lines, limits and boundaries in the section mentioned: beginning
at a point of the junction of Montgomery County, Prince George's County
and District of Columbia boundaries, and running in a northeasterly di-
rection along the boundary of Montgomery County and Prince George's
County to a point where Northwest Branch intersects said boundary, and
thence running along the center line of the creek of said Northwest Branch
in a northerly direction along the center line of the bed of Northwest
Branch Creek, running via Wheaton Regional Park, continuing northerly
past Randolph Road and following that trunk of said Northwest Branch
Creek, and thence in a westerly direction to the point of its intersection
with Bonifant Road, and thence along the center line of said Bonifant
Road in a westerly direction to the point where Bonifant Road and the
westerly boundary of Northwest Branch Park have their junction, and
thence along the said westerly boundary of said park to the point of its
junction with Layhill Road (Md. Route 182), and thence in a northerly
direction along the center line of said Layhill Road and up to the point
of its junction with Norbeck Road (Md. Route 609), and thence along the
center line of said Norbeck Road in a westerly direction to the point of its
junction with Georgia Avenue (Md. Route 97), and thence south along the
center line of said Georgia Avenue to the point of its junction with that
part of Norbeck Road which proceeds in a westerly direction from said
Georgia Avenue, and thence along the center line of said Norbeck Road to
the point of its intersection with Rock Creek, and thence along the center
line of the creek bed of said Rock Creek in a southerly direction to that
point where Rock Creek is intersected by the boundary line dividing Mont-
gomery County and the District of Columbia, and thence with said bound-
ary line in a northeasterly direction to the point of its junction with the
right-of-way of East-West Highway (Md. Route 410) which lies contiguous
to the northernmost apex of the District of Columbia, and thence in a
southeasterly direction along the boundary formed between Montgomery
County and the District of Columbia to the point of beginning.

Section 4. Section 9-5, titled "Thirteenth District—Created; Bound-
aries," Section 9-6, titled "Same—Polling Places," Section 9-7, titled
"Dividing line between Fourth and Seventh Districts," Section 9-8, titled
"Additional precincts in Thirteenth District," Section 9-9, titled "Fourth
District—Partially annexed by Ninth District," Section 9-10, titled
"Same—Partially annexed by Tenth District," Section 9-11, titled "Same—
Partially annexed by Sixth District," Section 9-12, titled "Partial annexa-
tion of Tenth District by Sixth District," are hereby repealed in their
entirety.

Section 5. This Act shall take effect on the 76th day following its
enactment.
