(78)    Waste Treatment Plant Operator

Graduation from a recognized high school, preferably some college
level courses in Sanitary Engineering and two (2) years of experience in
the operation of water or sewer plants or any equivalent combination of
education and experience.

(79)    Deputy Chief, Bureau of Water and Sewer

Graduation from a recognized high school and seven (7) years re-
sponsible experience in the operation, repair, maintenance and construction
of water and sewer facilities, including three (3) years in a supervisory
capacity; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

(80)    Chief, Bureau of Water and Sewer

Graduation from a college or university of recognized standing with
major work in Civil Engineering and five (5) years experience in pro-
fessional engineering, three (3) years of which shall have been in a super-
visory capacity; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Requirements: Possession of or eligibility for a Professional
Engineer's License.

(81)    Central Alarm Dispatcher

Graduation from a recognized high school and two (2) years clerical
or business experience preferably including experience as a dispatcher;
or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

(82)    Chief Communications Dispatcher

Graduation from a recognized high school, five (5) years of experience
as a Dispatcher, including three (3) years experience as a Central Alarm
Operator; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

(83)    Photographer

Graduation from a recognized high school or equivalent, plus photo-
graphic experience to cover knowledge and essential skills.

(84)    Police Dispatcher

Graduation from a recognized high school or General Equivalence
Test. Experience in radio communication preferred, but not essential.

(85)    Community Services Officer

Same entrance standard as Patrolman except the entrance age
may be eighteen (18). Must satisfactorily complete a designated training
course.

(86)    Patrolman

Graduation from a recognized high school or General Equivalence
Test. Minimum age twenty-one (21) years, and possession of a valid Motor
Vehicle Operating License.

(87)    Patrolman First Class

Must have two (2) years of police experience in the County, State or
Federal Government level.
