Dear Mr. Speaker:
In accordance with Article II, Section 17, of the Maryland Con-
stitution, I have today vetoed House Bill 580.
This bill amends the laws concerning the operation of motor
vehicles on certain private property in order that the laws apply in
Calvert County.
Senate Bill 420, which was enacted by the General Assembly

as House Bill 580. Therefore, it is unnecessary for me to sign House
Bill 580.
