"Subtitle 6. Drivers' Licenses," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(c) Any nonresident of this State, provided that:

1.    He has in his possession a valid license to drive, issued to him
by the state or county COUNTRY of his domicile;

2.    The license referred to in paragraph 1 allows him to drive in
the state or country of his domicile vehicles of the class he is driving
in this State; and providing he meets the following age requirements:

(i) He must be at least 18 years of age to drive a vehicle for
which a Class A license would be required if the vehicle were driven
in this State by a resident;

(ii) He must be at least 16 years old to drive a vehicle for which
a Class B license would be required, if the vehicle were driven in
this State by a resident;

(iii) He must be at least 18 years old to drive a vehicle for which
a Class C license would be required if the vehicle were driven in this
State by a resident;

(iv) He must be at least 16 years old to drive a vehicle for which
a Class D license would be required if the vehicle were driven in this
State by a resident.

(v) He must be at least 16 years old to drive a vehicle for which
a Class E license would be required if the vehicle were driven in this
State by a resident.

3.    Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing pro-
visions, a nonresident must be at least 18 years old to drive a bus on
any highway in this State.

4. Students enrolled in an accredited Maryland college or uni-
versity or serving an internship provided the state of which he is a
resident shall extend the same privileges to residents of this State.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

(House Bill 1064)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 5(2) (A)
(5) of Chapter 101 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1970, which Act authorized the creation of a State debt known
as the "General Construction Loan of 1970," to correct an erro-
neous reference therein relating to the supplemental appropria-
tion for the restoration of the Old Court House at Port Tobacco,
modifying the provisions of Section 8 of Chapter 743 of the Acts
of 1965 as said Chapter 743 was amended by Chapter 568 of the
Acts of 1967, and to waive the provisions of Section 9 of Chapter
