       and are hereby declared to be and enure to the Recoveror or Recoverors in the Said Recovery or
       Recoverys named or to be named and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seized
       of the Tract of Land aforesaid and premises and every Part thereof to and for the only proper
       Use and Behoofe of him the said Frederick Dorsey his heirs and Assigns for ever and to or
       for no other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever   In Witness whereof the Parties to these
       Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seals the Day
       and Year first above Written

                On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz

             Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named Flora Dorsey
       the sum of Five shillings Sterling Money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned
       to be by her paid to me      I say received by         Frederick Dorsey

             Witness      Edward Nicholson         Benj.a Mackall

          On the third Day of August 1763   Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships
       Provincial Justices the within named Frederick Dorsey   Florah Dorsey and John Rogers
       and did Severally Acknowledge the within Deed to be their Respective Act and Deed to and for the
       Uses Intents and Purposes within mentioned and the Tract of Land and Premisses therein
       mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said Frederick Dorsey his heirs and Assigns for ever
       according to the true Intent and meaning of the same deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case
       made and provided                           Before                           Jn.o Brice

                   Recorded the 28.th September 1763

Ex.d   This Indenture made this Twenty Eighth day of September in the Year
       Seventeen hundred and Sixty three Between Greenbery Cheney of Prince Georges County
