633) for one whole year commencing from the Day next before the Day of the Date thereof and by force of the Statute for transferring uses into possession) his Heirs and Assigns all those two Tracts or parcells of Land lying in Saint Marys County afs.d part of Hanover Addition known by the name of Winifreds Mount the one beginning at a Scrub White Oak standing by a fence called Greenwells fence running thence East sixty perches to the said Greenwells Spring thence East thirty five Degrees South One hundred and forty three perches to a bounded Oak standing in the first Line of Hanovers Addition then West South West forty eight perches thence North seventy Degrees West one hundred forty two perches then to the Begining containing fifty one Acres of Land more or less also one other Tract or parcell of plantable Land part of Hanovers Addition Beginning at a bounded Hickory standing in the Lane next mary Peaks running thence East seventy seven perches to the aforesaid Greenwells Spring thence north thirty Six Degrees West fifty four perches with the Branch of Germans Run with the said Run to Peaks Mill and from thence to the Beginning containing Twenty five Acres of Land more or Less together with all and singular the Houses Edefices Buildings Improvements Ways Waters Water Courses Orchards Woods underwoods priviledges Commodities Advantages and Appurtenances to the same appertaining or belonging and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits of all and singular the same premisses and every part and parcell thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand of them the same Leonard Greenwell and Winifred his Wife of into or out of the said hereby released premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof in any wise however To have and to hold the said Several parts of the Tract or parcell of Land aforesaid and all and singular the premisses herein before particularly mentioned or intended to be hereby released with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said John Booth his Heirs and Assigns To the Intent and purpose that by Virtue of the said Indenture of Bargain and Sale and of these presents the same John Booth may be and become a good and perfect Tenant of the Freehold and Inheritance of all and Singular the said hereby released premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances that a Common Recovery may be had perfected and executed in such manner as is herein after mentioned and for that purpose it is hereby Covenanted concluded and agreed by and between all the said parties to these presents that before the End of the next September Provincial Court one or more writ or writs of Entry sur Disseisin en lepost at the proper Costs and Charges of the same Leonard Greenwell shall and may be brought commenced and prosecuted in the Name of the same James Tilghman as plaintiff or Demandant against the said John Booth of the said part of the Tract or parcell of Land aforesaid and all and Singular other the said hereby released premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances by such apt and convenient Names and Descriptions as shall be proper in that behalf to which said writ or writs the said John Both shall appear gratis in his own proper person or by his Attorney or Attornies lawfully Authorised and shall and will vouch or call to warrant the same premisses the same Leonard Greenwell (and) |
