       aforesaid and Judgment thereon had according to the Tenor of the
       said return  And Whereas the said James Dick hath since the
       Partition aforesaid purchased of the said Samuel Preston Moore,
       Mordecai Moore, Thomas Moore and Charles Moore Four hundred
       and six Acres and an half Acre a part or parcell of the Land
       allotted to them and hereafter described Now This Indenture
       Witnesseth That the said Samuel Preston Moore Mordecai Moore
       ^Thomas Moore^ and Charles Moore For and in Consideration of the sum of Five
       Hundred forty eight Pounds sixteen Shilling Sterling to them
       in hand paid at or before the ensealing and Delivery of these
       presents by the said James Dick the receipt whereof they do
       hereby acknowledge & thereof and of every part and parcell
       thereof ^do clearly and absolutely acquit exonerate and Discharge the said James Dick his Executors and Administrators^ do clearly and Absolutely acquit exonerate and Discharge
       the said James Dick his Executors and Administrators for ever by
       these presents Have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed
       released and confirmed and by these Presents do grant bargain sell
       alien enfeoff release and confirm unto the said James Dick his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever  All that part piece or parcell of Land
       being part of Scorton & Burge Beginning at a Persimmon Tree
       standing on the Top of the Bank on the south side of the Cove &
       opposite to the place or bottom of the Meadow where Negroes usd to
       Cross going to the Neck and running thence up the Line which
       divides M.r Thomas Gassaways purchase from this Tract south
       thirty nine Degrees West one hundred & sixty nine perches & a half
       to the second boundary of the Orphans Land Thence North sixty
       three West eighty perches to the third and North eighty seven West one
       hundred and fourteen perches to the forth Boundry of the said
       Orphans Land in the Church road Thence North forty four Degrees
       and a quarter West Ninety five perches & four Links to the Corner
       of Mitchels Chance Thence North Seventy Eight Degrees & three
       quarters East two hundred & thirty Eight perches North East by
       North one hundred & thirty four perches south forty nine Degrees
       East thirty nine perches & fifteen links to James Dicks white Stone
       by the Road south forty two degrees East four perches to the middle
       of the Road North fifty nine Degrees East nine perches and four
       Links North thirty two Degrees & a half East Twenty seven perches
       North sixty five degrees East Twenty five perches south Eighty degrees
       East Twenty one perches North seventy Degrees East fifteen perches
