545 Galloway his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns according to the true Intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided Before Geo Steuart Recorded the 20.th day of May 1765 15 1/2 sides Ex.d This Indenture made this 14.th Day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty five Between Joseph Galloway of the City of Annopolis Esquire of the one Part and Benjamin Tasker of the City of Annopolis Esquire of the other part Witnesseth that the said Joseph Galloway for and in Consideration of the sum of Five thousand two hundred pounds sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said Benjamin Tasker at or before the Sealing and delivery of these Presents the Receit whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and of and from every part and parcel thereof doth release acquit exonerate and discharge the said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these Presents Hath given Granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth give Grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns All his the said Joseph Galloways one undivided fifth Part of all and each and every the Iron Furnace and three Forges and also his the said Joseph Galloways one undivided fifth part of all and each and every the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments which he now holds in Common or otherwise with Charles Carroll Esquire Charles Carroll Barrister Charles Carroll son of Daniel Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany or any or either of them together with all Houses Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Woods underwoods Easments Priviledges Improvements Advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Premisses belonging or in any wise appertaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Proffits thereof And all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Possession Property Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of him the said Joseph Galloway of into or out of the same And the said Joseph Galloway for the Consideration aforesaid Hath also granted sold and delivered And by these Presents Doth grant sell and deliver unto him the said Benjamin Tasker his Executors Administrators and Assigns All his the said Joseph Galloways one undivided fifth part of all and all manner of Servants Negroes Horses Cattle Implements Utensils and other Stock whatsoever held or possessed by him the said Joseph Galloway in Common Jointly or in partnership with the aforesaid Charles Carroll Esquire Charles Carroll Barrister Charles Carroll son of Daniel Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany or any or either of them To have and To hold the said undivided fifth part of the said Furnace Forges Lands Tenements and Hereditaments hereby Conveyed or intended so to be to the aforesaid Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the aforesaid Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And to have and to hold the said undivided fifth part of the said Servants Negroes Horses Cattle Implements Utensels and other Stock hereby Granted and Sold or meant mentioned or Intended so to be to him the said Benjamin Tasker his Executors Administrators and Assigns to his and their own proper use and behoof And the said Joseph Galloway for the Consideration aforesaid Hath Assigned Transferred and set over And by these Presents Doth Assign transferr and set over unto him the said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns all |
