       Churchwardens or either of them In Witness whereof the said Parties to
       these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the day and Year

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       Received the fourth day of September in the Year 1764 of the within named Horatio
       Sharpe Esquire the sum of three hundred and five Pounds Sterling Money
       and five shillings like being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be
       by him Paid to us the within mentioned Vestrymen and Church Wardens &
       Rector                                                      W.m West Rector      P Rector
          Witness                                                  Joseph Jacobs Vestryman
                      Reverdy Ghiselin                        John Stevens Vestryman
                      William Steuart                          John Gray Vestryman
                                                                       John Davis Vestryman

       Maryland fs.t       Be it Remembered that on the fourth day of September
          Ann.ll County   in the Year Seventeen hundred and Sixty four
                               the Vestrymen and Churchwardens within mentioned before
       Us the Subscribers in the Parish within mentioned Acknowledged the within
       mentioned Indenture to be their Act and Deed for the Purposes therein
       meant or mentioned And in like Manner the within mentioned Rector
       and Minister also Acknowledged the said Indenture to be his Act and
       Deed Taken and Acknowledged before us two of his Lordships Justices
