       Whatsoever for any Service I shall do as Clerk of the said Office And als
       that in making out the Office Fees I will not Wittingly or Willingly Charge
       other or higher Fees than Limitted by the Act Entituled an Act for Amending
       the Staple of Tobacco for Preventing Frauds in his Majestys Customs &
       for Limitation of Officers Fees

          Affirmed to before Me one of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for
                            Ann Arundel County this 30.th March 1764
                                                                      Reverdy Ghiselin

          I Edward Ford do Swear that I will and for Lucre or Malice
       Delay any Person or Persons Applying to me for any Buisiness belonging
       to the Office I Officiate in and that I will not Directly or Indirectly
       Ask Demand take or Receive from or Charge to any such Person or Persons
       to your own use (except any Sallary from my Principal) any Fee or
       Reward Whatsoever for any Service I shall do as Clerk of the said Office and
       also that in making out the Office Fees I will not Wittingly or Willingly Charge
       other or higher Fees than Limitted by the Act entituled An Act for Amending the
       Staple of Tobacco for Preventing Frauds in his Majestys Customs and for the Limitation
       of Officers Fees
                               Sworn to before Me one of the Justices of Ann.ll
       County this 30.th Day of March 1764
