277 Perfected shall be and enure and shall be Adjudged Construed Deemed and taken and are and were meant and intended and are hereby declared to be and enure to the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seized of the said parts of the said Tracts or Parcells of Land aforesaid and Premisses and every part thereof to and for the only Proper use and behoofe of him the said John Gordon his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above Written WBruff seal Signed Sealed and Delivered John Gordon seal in the Presence of us John Bracco seal Jn.o Brice J Nicholson Jun.r Nev Thomas On the back of the above Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named John Gordon the sum of Five hundred and fifty Pounds Current Money of Pensylvania being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him Paid to me I say received by WBruff Witness Nev Thomas On the Twelfth day of April 1764 Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the wihtin named William Bruff John Gordon and John Bracco and did severally Acknowledge the within Deed to be 13 s.d their Respective Act and Deed to and for the uses intents and Purposes (within) |
