       One Thousand seven hundred & fifty Acres of Land part of a Tract of Land
       called Joseph Park scituate lying and being with the Appurtenances in
       Frederick County Five hundred Acres of Land being part of a Tract of Land
       called Partnership scituate lying and being in Frederick County Two
       hundred and fifty Acres of Land called John and Anne Scituate lying and
       being in Frederick County   Two hundred Acres of Land called the Addition
       Adjoining to Upper Malbro in Prince Georges County One hundred and fifty
       Acres of Land called the Reserve lying and being with the Appurtenances in Prince
       Georges County and also the Dwelling House Several Lotts and other Tenements
       belonging to the said Daniel Carroll scituate lying and being in Malborough
       in Prince Georges County And also Five hundred Acres of Land called Swan
       Quarter Scituate lying and being with the Appurtenances in Prince Georges
       County by such Deed and Deeds Conveyances and Assurances as by the Charles
       Carroll his Heirs or his or their Council LEarned in the Law should be Advised
       devised or required upon such Trusts Nevertheless and to and for such uses intents
       and Purposes and under and Subject to such Provisoes Conditions Limitations
       and Agreements as are therein ^after^ expressed Appointed and Declared of and concerning
       the same that is to say that in Case the Personal Estate of the said
       Daniel Carroll should not be Sufficient to make Good answer and pay the
       Several sums of Money in the Manner at the times and upon the Contingencies
       above expressed ^limited^ Appointed and Declared that then and in such Case
       that the said Charles Carroll or his Heirs should put ^up^ to sale to the highest
       bidder all or such Part or Parcell of the said Lands Tenement and Hereditaments
       aforesaid as should or might raise such sum or sums of
       Money after the Personal Estate first Applied to the Payment of the
