       second son of the said Daniel Carroll to be Begotten as aforesaid as should
       first Attain the Age of Twenty one Years And in Case the second son of
       the said Daniel Carroll should dye before his Age of Twenty five Years
       as aforesaid and without leaving any issue Male of his Body lawfully
       to be Begotten that should Attain his Age of Twenty one Years as aforesaid
       that then and in such Case to the said Daniel Carroll his Executors
       Administrators or Assigns would pay or Cause to be Paid the said sum of
       one Thousand five hundred Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to the
       third fourth fifth sixth seventh eighth Ninth Tenth and all and every other
       the son and Sons of the Body of the said Daniel Carroll to be Begotten
       as aforesaid in the same manner Succession and upon the same Contingencies
       and Limitations that were therein above mentioned expressed
       limitted Appointed and Declared in respect of the first and second Sons
       of the said Daniel Carroll to be Begotten as aforesaid and their Male
       issue as aforesaid as they and every of them should be in the Seniority of
       Age and Priority of Birth the elder of such sons and the Male issue
       of their Body lawfully to be Begotten to be Prefered and take before the
       Younger of such Son or Sons and the issue Male of his and their Body or
       Bodys lawfully Issuing in the same manner and upon the same Contingencies
       as the first son of the said Daniel Carroll to be Begotten as aforesaid
       and the Male issue of such first son lawfully to be Begotten are to be Preferred
       to the second son and the Male issue of his Body lawfully to be
       Begotten And the said Daniel Carroll for his ^himself^ his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators further Covenanted Granted and Agreed to and with the
       said Charles Carroll that in Case the said Eleanor Carroll his then
       intended Wife should Decease before him the said Daniel Carroll
