184 every Part & Parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said John Beal Howard his Exrs Admrs and Assigns from the first day of this Instant December for and during and untill the full end and Terms of one whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and Ended Yielding and Paying therefore of ^at^ the Expiration of the said Year One Peper Corn If the same shall be Lawfully Demanded To the Intent that by Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession he the said John Beal Howard may be in the Actual Possession of all and Singular the said Premises above mentioned with the appurtenances and thereby be enabled to accept and take a grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs to the only Proper Use and Behoof of him the said John Beal Howard his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said Robert Bishop and Elizabeth Bishop hath hereunto set their Hands and Affixed their seals the day and Year first above written Robert Bishop s Signed Sealed and Delivered her Elizabeth + Bishop s in Presence of mark by the Name of Coxes Forest between the Eight & Ninth Lines first Interlined Mathews Benjamin Rogers December 1.st 1763 Then received of John Beall Howard the sum of Five Shillings Current Money the Consideration within Mentioned as Witness my hand and Seal this day & Year afsaid Robert Bishop Witness Benjamin Rogers Be it Remembered that on the First day of December Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Sixty Three Personally Appeared before Us Two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County Robert Bishop and Elizabeth Bishop Party to the within Deed & Acknowledged the same to be their Act & Deed and the Lands and Premises therein mentioned and thereby Bargained and sold to be the Estate Right and Property of the within named John Beal Howard his Heirs or Assigns According to the true Intent and Meaning of the within Deed and at the same Time the Said Elizabeth Bishop being by us Privately Examined out of the |
