       Purposes as she the said Constituent might or Could do if
       she was Personally Present also with Power to Substitute One or
       more Attorney or Attorney Under him with like or limited Power
       And the Same against to Revoke she the said Constituent thereby
       Promising to Ratify Confirm and Hold for good and Valid all
       and whatsoever her said Attorney or his Substitute or Substitutes
       shall Lawfully do or Cause to be done in or about
       the Premisses by virtue hereof Thus Done and Passed in London
       aforesaid in the Presence of the under Signed Witnesses
       Sealed and Delivered (being first
       duly Stampt) in the Presence of               Mary Holmes   Seal

           One the Back of the aforegoing Instrument was thus indorsed Viz.t

       Maryland fs.t
                               On the 18.th Day of November Came the within named
       Joseph Haskins one of the subscribing Witnesses to the within Writing
       and made Oath before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court of Maryland that he saw the within Mary
       Holms sign seal and as her Act and Deed deliver the within
       Writing for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and that
       he the said Joseph Haskins at the same time Signed as a
6 sides Witness thereto and saw the within Named Alexander Dick
        and William Anderson also Sign as Witness's thereto In
        Testimony whereof I have hereto Set my hand the Eighth day
        of November above mentioned in the Year of our Lord ^God^ one thousand seven
        hundred fifty and six
