                                  Received of John Crafford the Sum of Fifty Pounds
       sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned      £ 50

       1757 May 7.th  Then Came before me the subscriber ^one^ of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court Charles Carroll party to the
       within Deed and Acknowledged the same According to the Act of
       Assembly in Such Cases made and Provided
                         Acknowledged before

       May the 11.th 1757  Reced of M.r John Crafford Eight Shillings Sterling
       for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the within
       mentioned two hundred Acres of Land) by Virtue of a
       Commission from Edward Lloyd Esquire his Lordships Agent
       and Receiver General                              Rich.d Dorsey

       Record.ed the 13.th Day of May 1757


X.d   This Indenture Tripartite made the
       Nineteenth day of August in the Year of our Lord God One
