       declared to be and Enure and the said Robert Elzey and his heirs from and
       Immediately after suffering the same Recovery shall stand and be seis'd of all
       and and singular the said Messuages Lands and premisses with the
       Appurtenances to and for the only proper use and Benefit of him the said
       Samuel Wilson his heirs and Assigns for ever & to and for no other
       use Intent or purpose Whatsoever   In Witness whereof the parties
       to these presents Interchangeably their hands have set and seals
       severally affixed the day and year first above written

       Be it Remembered that on the Day and Year first within mentioned
       before me the subscriber one of the Right Honourable the
       Lord proprietary his Justices of the provincial Court Came the
       several parties to the Within Deed and Acknowledged the same in
       due form of Law                                 Rob.t Jenckins Henry

       March the 27.th 1759  Then reced the Consideration Money

       April 2.d 1759  Received of M.r Robert Elzey Eight shillings and Eight
       pence farthing sterling for his Lordships use (it being the
       alienation fine on the within mentioned Lands) by Virtue
       of a Commission from Edward Loyd Esquire his Lordships
       agent and Receiver General

11      Recorded 2.d day of April 1759
