344) every part and Parcell of a Moiety or half part of the aforesaid Tract of Land as the Same may hereafter be Divided unto them the said Nathaniel Parran & Ann Parran his wife their Heirs and Assigns for Ever And further Know ye that I the said Ann Greendfield have put the said Nath.l Parran & Ann Parran his wife in Peaceable and Quiet Possession of all and Singular the aforesaid Premisses by the Delivery unto them at the Ensealing hereof one Coind Peace of Silver Commonly Called Six pence fixd on the seal of these Presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this fourteenth day of July in the thirty first year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c.a and in the Year of our Lord God one Thousand Seven hundred & fifty Eight Signed Sealed & Delivered Ann Greenfield in the Presence of R Hammett Tho.s Greenfield S.t Marys County to wit the fourtee^n^th day of July 1758 Came the above mentioned Ann Greenfield before us two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid and Acknowledged the Land premisses above mentioned to be the right and Estate of the said Nath.l Parran & Ann Parran his wife their heirs and assigns for ever according to the true Intent and Purpose of the above deed and true meaning thereof taken & Acknowledged the date above Before us R Hammett Tho.s Greenfield S.t Marys County fs I hereby Certifie that M.r Robert Hammett and M.r Thomas Greenfield before whom the within Deed was |
