       Several Sums of Money which he shall receive and be
       Answerable for in Virtue of the Same Act at such Times as
       by the Said Act is directed According to the True Intent and
       Meaning thereof then the above Obligation to be Void and
       of no Effect otherwise to remain in full Force and Virtue

       At the foot of the aforegoing Bond was thus Written to wit

       November the Sixteenth 1758  Then Came Robert How and
       Joseph Cox Gray Subscribing Witnesses to the within Bond
       before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the
       Peace for Dorchester County and made Oath that they saw
       Hall Caile Thomas Airey and Henry Ennalls Jun.r Sign
       Seal and Deliver the within Bond Sworn to the Day and Year
       above Written

Ex.d I Laurence Maynard do Swear that I will not for
       Lucre or Malice delay any Person or Persons applying to
       me for any Business belonging to the Office I Officiate in
       and that I will not directly or indirectly ask demand take
       or receive from or charge to any Such person or Persons to my
       own use (except my Salary from my Principal) any Fee
       or Reward whatsoever for any Service I shall do as Clerk of
       the Said Office and also that in making out the Office Fees
       I will not wittingly or willingly Charge other or higher Fees
       than Limitted by the Act Entituled an Act for amending the
       Staple of Tobacco for preventing Frauds in his Majesty's
                                                                                  (Customs)
