       Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the
       within Mentioned Twenty Acres of Land) by Virtue of a Commission
       from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his Lordships Agent and Receiver General

L S                        Know all Men by these Presents That
duty p.d We Hall Caile Thomas Airey and Henry Ennalls Junior of
H Caile  Dorchester County in the Province aforesaid are Holden and firmly
       bound unto the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of this
       Province in the Sum of Four hundred Pounds Current Money to be
       paid to His Said Lordship his Heirs and Successors   To ^the^ which Payment
       well and truly to be made We bind ourselves and every of us Our
       and every of Our Heirs Executors and Administrators jointly and
       Severally for the whole and in the Whole firmly by these Presents sealed
       with our Seals and dated the Fifteenth day of November in the 8th
       Year of his Lordships Dominion ^Annoque Dom^ 1758

       The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that if the above
bound Hall Caile whilst he Shall be and Continue in the Office of Collector
       of the Excise in Dorchester County shall well and faithfully exercise
       and perform the Several Duties required of him to be performed by the
       Act of Assembly Entituled an Act for granting a Supply of Forty
       thousand pounds for his Majesty's Service and striking thirty four
       thousand and Fifteen Pounds six shillings thereof in Bills of Credit and
       raising a Fund for Sinking the Same and do well and faithfully pay
       to the Commissioners of the Loan Office for the Time being the
