       and Parcell thereof so that the said Release Shall or may opperate &
       Enure to the Uses Intents and purposes herein before mentioned declared &
       Expressed   In Witness whereof the said Francis Key and Ann
       Arnold Key & John Ross have hereunto affixed their hands and seals
       Respectively the day & year first abovesaid

                On the 27.th Day of October in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred
       and fifty Eight the within named Francis Key an^d^ Ann Arnold & John
       Ross acknowledged the within Deed according to the form of the Act of
       assembly in such Case made & provided before me the subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court & the said Ann Arnold Key being
       then also Examined privately out of the hearing of her Husband did
       declare that she Acknowledged the within Deed willingly and freely
       and without being induced thereto by fears or threats of or ill usage by
       her Husband or fear of his Displeasure which said Examination and
       Acknowledgment thereupon I do hereby Certify according to the form and
       Directions of ^the^ an Act of Assembly in Such Case made & provided

       Received this 27.th of October 1758 the sum of five Hundred Pounds
       within Mentioned as Witness my hand
