       Said Samuel Chew in such Sort manner and form as in and by one
       Indenture intended to bear date the Day next after the Day of the Date
       of these Presents the same shall be granted released and Conveyed In
       Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Set
       their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written
       Sealed and Delivered The Words
       (also all that Tract or Parcel of
       Plantable Land called little Beginning      Sam.l Chew of Wells   Seal
       lying and being in the County afores.d
       containing nineteen Acres) being first      Tho.s L Weems           Seal
       Interlined
       In the Presence of
               J Ross                                       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed
               Geo Steuart                               was thus Written to wit

       Received first of August 1758 of M.r Thomas Lane Weems
       the Sum of five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money
5 1/2 sd within mentioned
       Witness                                       p Sam.l Chew of Wells
                   Geo Steuart
       Recorded 2.d day of October 1758


Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Second Day
       of August in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred
       and fifty eight Between Samuel Chew of Wells of Ann Arundel
       County Gentleman of the first part and Thomas Lane Weems of
       Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the Second Part and Edward Dorsey
       of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the third Part Witnesseth
       That the said Samuel Chew for and in Consideration of the Sum
