       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit
       Received on the Day and Year first within Mentioned of
       and from the within named William Steuart the Sum
       of five Shillings Sterling in full for the Consideration      £  5  Ster
       Money within mentioned

       Septem.r 27.th 1758  Came before me the Subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named
       Patrick Hamilton William Steuart and Thomas Johnson Junior
       and Severall Acknowledged the within Deed or Instrument of
       Writing to be their Several Act and Deed to and for the uses
       within Mentioned respectively      Then came also before me
       the within named Anna the Wife of the Said Patrick Hamilton
       and being by me privately examined a part from and out of
       the Hearing of her said Husband did acknowledge the within
       Instrument of Writing to be her Act and Deed according to the
       true Intent and Meaning thereof and She did then also declare that
       She executed the same and thereby released and conveyed and
       did thereby intend to release and convey her Right to and Estate
       in the within granted and released Premisses and Appurtenances
