       Receive or be Answerable for in Virtue of the Same Act at Such
       Times as by the Said Act is Directed according to the True
       Intent and meaning thereof then the above Obligation to be
       void & of no Effect otherwise to Remain in full force and Virtue

       On the Back Side of the aforegoing Bond was thus indorsed Viz.t
      
       We the Subscribers Do hereby Certify this Day Came John
       Woolford & John Woolford Jun.r before us & made oath on the Holy
       Evangills of Almighty God that they saw Charles Dickinson
       & William Murray Sign Seal & Deliver the within Bond
       & that the Said Deponants Did sign as Witness at the Same
       Time Certifyed October 14.th 1756

       This Indenture made the fifteenth Day of September in
       year of our Lord one thousand Seven Hundred and fifty Six
       Between John Howard of Ann Arundel County Gentl of the one Part
       and John Cromwell of Ann Arundel County Gentl of the other
       Part Witnesseth that is Covenanted, Concluded, and agreed
       between the Parties to these Presents that it Shall and may be
       Lawfull for the Said John Howard before the first Day of the
       next Provincial Court to prosecute out of the High Court of Chancery
       one or more Writ or Writs of Entry Sur Disseizin in the Post
       against the Said John Cromwell Returnable to the next
       Provincial Court whereby the Said John Howard Shall and
       may Demand against the Said John Cromwell all that Tract
       or Parcell of Plantable Land Called Cordwinders Hall Containing
       three Hundred Acres Lying and being in Baltimore County
       with the Appurtenances and also that Tra^c^t or Parcell of
       Plantable Land called Maydens Dary Containing two
