259) In Testimony whereof the Parties aforesaid have hereunto Interchangeably Set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered Samuel Warren seal In Presence of Hy Woodward Sam.l Wilson seal Henry Greenfield Sothoron Rich.d Hutton seal On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit Maryland fs.t Be it Remembred that on the Day and Year first within Mentioned came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within mentioned Samuel Warren and Samuel Wilson and did Severally Acknowledge the within Instrument of writing to be their Act and Deed to the Said Richard Hutton his Heirs and Assigns forever and the Premisses with their Appurtenances therein mentioned to be the Right Title Property and Interest of the Said Richard Hutton and his Heirs and Assigns forever agreable to the Directions of an Act of Assembly in such Cases made and Provided acknowledged before J Hepburn Recorded June 15.th 1758 9 1/2 sides Prince Georges County fs.t The Examination or Deposition of Mad.m Ann Darnall Aged Sixty five Years or there abouts taken upon Oath before Edward Spriggs Justice of the Peace of the aforesaid County this 24.th day of September 1750 (This) |
