216) Ex.d This Indenture made the Thirtyth day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty Eight Between Daniel Hall of Saint Marys County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part and Robert Holton of the Said County and Province of the other part Witnesseth that the said Daniel Hall hath clearly Bargained and Sold and by these presents clearly bargaineth and Selleth to the said Robert Holton all his Right Title and Interest of a Tract of Land scituate lying and being in said County and Province aforesaid Commonly known by the name of S.t Jeromes being part of Hawleys Mannor Beginning at a marked White Oak running North East or thereabouts to a sweet Gum Standing on the ^south^ East Side of a Cove of Saint Clares Creek from thence to a point called Bridge Point Ten foot Clear of the Water Easterly then with the Creek to a Branch which is the Devision between Said Land and Vanswarringens Land and with said Vanswarringens Land untill it Intercepts Daniel Sullivans Land and with Said Sullivans to the Beginning Containing fifty Acres more or less with all Houses Buildings Gardens Orchards Woods ways Waters Easements and Advantages whatsoever to the Said land now or at any time hereafter belonging or in any wise Appertaining with all Singular their Appurtenances and all manner of profits Gains and Advantages arising upon the |
