2) James Waller Clerk of the Peace for the County of Middlesex do hereby Certify that of the General Quarter Session of the Peace and Session of Gaol Delivery of Newgate holden for the same County in the Month of October last past and the Respective Preceeding Sessions Henry Baker, William Pope, Martha Garrett, Susanna Barber, George Ogilby, Anne Dupree, Mary Williams, Samuel Bell, Richard Maning, Elizabeth Prig, William Roley, Michael Halfpenny, Samuel Sutton, George Thorpe, Daniel Levoyer, otherwise Lovyer, Ruth Morris, James Pongray, [illegible] Perry, Ann Edwards, Robert Plowman, John Kow, Jordan Crop, Shield, Mary Buxley, Peter Fourcausey, John Datton, William Hay, John Bowman, Sarah Osborn, Robert Rogers, Nathaniel Sweething, Susanna Biggs, Edward James, Margaret King, Samuel Folly, Elizabeth Ash, Richard Walker, Edward Fentor, Jane Richins, Elizabeth Little, John Gore, otherwise Purcell, John Langenfilder, John King, Mary Arnold, Elizabeth Roberts, Andrew Carroll, otherwise Dutton, Eleanor Castle, Lewis Lewis, Martha Bucktrout, John Buckley, [illegible] William Matthews, William Owen, Mary Holland, [illegible] Edwards, Milicent Edwards and Ann Titchboum were for Several Felonies whereof they stood Convicted Ordered and directed to be transported to some of his Majesties Colonies and Plantations in America Pursuant to the Statutes in such Cases made and Provided the said Mary Edwards, Milicent Edwards, and Ann Titchboum for the term of fourteen years and all the other Persons named for the Space of Seven Years And I do further Certify that all and every of the Persons above named were by the Respective Courts af.d Conveyed Transferred and made over to Andrew Reid and James Armour of London Merchants and their assigns for the Respective Terms above Mentioned in order to their being Transported Accordingly Given under my hand and Seal the 30.th day of November in the year of our Lord 1752 6 s.d Recorded July 22.d 1756 Ja.s Waller seal |
