Ex.d      Cæcil County To wit
                                                       Know all men by these Presents
       that we George Milligan Sidney George and George Catto are held &
       firmly bound unto the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary
       of Maryland &.ct in the Sum of two hundred pounds Current Money
       of the province of Maryland to be paid to the Said Lord Prop.ry
       his heirs or Successors to which payment well & Truly to be
       ^made^ we bind our Selves and each of us our & every of our heirs Executors
       and Administrators in the whole & for the Whole firmly by these
       Presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this Seventeenth day
       of November 1757

             The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that if
       the above bounden George Milligan whilst he shall Continue
       in the Office of receiver or Collector of Land Tax in ^the^ County of Cecil
       afs.d Shall ^well^ and faithfully execute and perform the Several Duties
       Required of him to be performed by the Act of Assembly of this
       Province intituled an Act for granting a Supply of forty
       thousand pounds for his Majesty's Service and striking thirty
       four thousand pounds and fifteen pounds Six Shillings thereof in Bills of
       Credit & raising a fund for Sinking the Same & do well and faithfully
       pay to the Commissioners of the Loan Office for the time being
       the Several Sums of Money which he shall receive or be
       Answerable fo rin Virtue of the ^same^ Act at Such times as by the said
       Act is Directed according ^to^ the true intent and meaning thereof
       then the Above Obligation to be Void and of none ^Effect^ Effet otherwise
       to remain in full force and Virtue                     G Milligan   seal

          John Wright         On the back of the aforegoing Bond was thus indorst Viz.t

       Cecil County To wit    
                                           November the 17 1757   Then came the within
       mentioned W.m Thornton and John Wright before us the subscribers
       two of his Lordships Justices for the County afs.d and made oath
       that that they see the within named George Milligan Sidney
