Ex.d      Know all Men by these Presents, That We James Dickson
       of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland, Samuel
       Hunter Clerk, Richard Richardson John Cary and John
       Kimbol of the Same County and Province Gentlemen are
       held and firmly Bound unto the Right Honourable the
       Lord Propry in the Sum of Two hundred pounds Current
       Money to be paid to his Said Lordship his Heirs &
       Successors To which payment well and truly to be made
       We bind our Selves and every of us our & every of our Heirs
       Executors and Administrators jointly and Severally firmly
       by these Presents Sealed with our Seals and Dated
       this Seventh Day of April 1757

                      The Condition of the above Obligation is Such That
       if the above Bounden James Dickson whilst he Shall
       continue in the Office of Receiver or Collector of the Land
       Tax in Frederick County, Shall Well and faithfully
       Execute and perform the Several Duties required of
       him to be performed by the Act of Assembly of this
       Province entituled, an act for granting a Supply of
       Forty thousand pounds for his Majesties Service &
       Striking Thirty four thousand and Fifteen pounds Six
       Shillings thereof in Bills of Credit, and raising a Fund
