148) which said Recovery was Suffered to the use of him the Said Anthony Underwood his heirs and Assigns for ever Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the Said Anthony Underwood his for and in Consideration of the Sum of ten thousand pounds of Crop Tobacco ^to him^ in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and the Said Thomas Griffin his Executors and Administrators thereof and therefrom by these Presents fully Acquitted and Discharged Hath Given granted bargained Sold Released and confirmed and by these Presents Doth Give Grant bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto him the said Thomas Griffin his heirs and assigns the aforesaid Tract or Parcell of Land called Eatmore according to the Metes and bounds Specified in the aforesaid conveyance from Henry Attwood to Thomas Underwood deceased containing two hundred Acres more or less together with all and Singular the Houses Buildings Improvements Profits Commodities and Advantages to the Same belonging or in any wise Appertaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and Parcell thereof And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the Said Anthony of into or out of the Parcell of Land hereby bargained and Sold with the appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and To hold the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land hereby conveyed or intended so to be and other the Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the Said Thomas Griffin his heirs and assigns for every to his and their only Proper use and Behoof and to or for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the (Parties) |
