       and Release of the Revertion and Inheritance of the same Land and
       Premises to him and his heirs to such uses Intents and Purposes
       as shall be therein specified and Declared In Witness whereof
       the Parties to these Presents have hereunto sett their hands
       and seals the day and year first above written

           On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorst Viz.t

Ex.d            This Indenture made the twenty first day of
       September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
       and fifty Seven Between Anthony Underwood of Saint
       Marys County in the Province of Maryland Planter of
       the One part and Thomas Griffin of the Same County and
       Province aforesaid Planter of the other part Whereas a
       Common Recovery hath been suffered this Present Provincial
       Court wherein the said Thomas was Demandant and the
       aforesaid Anthony Tenant to the Precipe of all that
       Tract or Parcell of Land called Eatmore lying in the
       County aforesaid formerly conveyed by Henry Attwood to
       Thomas Underwood of the same County deceased and by him
       the Said Thomas devised to the aforesaid Anthony
       Containing two hundred Acres of Land more or less
       with the appurtenances in Saint Marys County afs.d
