                   October 29.th 1756   Then Came before me the subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Richard Dorsey and Charles
       Wallace and respectively made Oath on the Holy Evangels of
       Almighty God that they Saw Hugh Walker Michael Wallace
       and Thomas Johnson junior Parties to the within Deed respectively
       Sign Seal and deliver the Same as their respective Act and
       Deed for the uses therein mentioned and that they saw Hugh
       Walker Sign his Name to the Receipt endorsed on the within
       Deed for the Sum of two hundred and sixty three Pounds Current
       Money being the Consideration Money therein mentioned and
       that they respectively Subscribed their Names as Witnesses there^to^of

                                                Know all men by these presents that we Hercules
       Coutts of Kent County in the Province afs.d Stephen Bordley of Kent County
       and Charles Gordon of Cecil County Gentleman are held and firmly bound
       unto the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of this Province
       in the full and just Sum of two hundred pounds Current Money
       of Maryland to be paid unto the said Lord Prop^r^ietary his heirs
       Successors or Assigns to the which payment well and truly to
       be made and done we bind our Selves and each of us our and every
       of our Heirs Exors and Admors Joyntly and Severally in and for     
       the whole firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seales and
