       Power of Redemtion of in or by the said John Hall his Heirs
       or assigns or any Person or Persons claiming by from or under him
       or them, as by the Record thereof remaining in the High Court of
       Chancery more at Large may appear And Whereas I the said
       George Atkinson for and in Consideration of Four hundred &
       fifteen Pounds Eighteen Shillings Sterling
       to me in hand paid the Receipt whereof I hereby Acknowledge have
       granted transferred Assigned and sett over and by these Presents
       do Clearly & absolutely grant transfer Assign and sett over unto
       Stephen West of Prince Georges County Gent his Executors Adm.rs
       & assigns as well the said Judgment & Decree of three hundred &
       Ninety four pounds Eighteen shillings & Eight pence sterling with
       Lawfull Interest & costs aforesaid, as also all the Benifitt sum &     
       sums of money Profitt and advantages whatsoever that now is
       or hereafter shall be obtained or gotten by Reason or means of the
       same Judgment & decree or of any Execution or Extent thereof or
       thereupon to be had sued executed or obtained, and all the Estate Right
       Title, Interest claim & Demand whatsoever which I the said George
       Atkinson have or ought or Claim of in and to the said Judgment
       and Decree of any Money Lands, Tenements, or other things which by Virtue
       thereof or of any Execution process or Proceedings thereupon used, shall
       be Recorded obtained or Gotton and further I the said George Atkinson do
       by these Presents make ordain Constitute Authorize and appoint the
       said Stephen West to be my free & Lawfull Attorney for me & my name
       but to his own use to prosecute the said Judgment & Degree by freeclosing
       the Mortgage of the said Lands in the decree mentioned & upon satisfaction
       given or any other End Composition or agreement made Concerning the
       Premisses to acknowledge satisfaction, or to make or do any other Act requisite
       & Necessary to be done in or about the Premisses In Witness
       whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 24.th day of April 1756
