       of the parties to these Presents is that form and immediately after the said
       Common Recovery or Recoveries shall be had and Prosecuted as aforesaid
       of the said Lands and Premisses the said Recovery or Recoveries shall be and
       enure and are hereby declared to have been intended to be and enure to the said
       Thomas Johnson Junior and every other Person that shall be seized of the
       Premisses or any part thereof by Virtue of the said Common Recovery or
       Recoverys shall stand and be seized thereof and of every Part and Parcell
       thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances to the only use and
       behoof of the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs and assigns and to no other use
       intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to
       these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and
       seals the day and year first above Written

       This Indenture made the Twentieth day of September in the Year of
       our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty five Between Thomas Johnson Jun.r
       of Ann Arundell County Gentleman of the one Part and Caleb Dorsey of the
       same County Gentleman of the Other Part Witnesseth that it is Covenanted
       concluded and agreed between the Parties to these Presents that it shall
       and may be lawfull for the said Thomas Johnson Junior before the first
       day of the next Provincial Court to Prosecute out of the High Court
       of Chancery one or more Writt or Writts of Entry Sur Deseizin in the
       Post against the said Caleb Dorsey Returnable to the next Provincial
       Court whereby the said Thomas Johnson shall and may demand
       against the said Caleb Dorsey all that Tract or Parcell of Plantable
       Land called Moores Morning Choice with the Appurtenances in
       Ann Arundell County Containing Thirteen hundred and sixty eight
       Acres; And also all that Tract or Parcell of Plantable Land Called
       Dorseys Chance with the Appurtenances in Ann Arundel County aforesaid
       Containing two hundred acres by such Name or Names Quantity or
       Quantities Quality or Qualities Content or Number of Acres as shall
