Ex.d   This Indenture made the Fifteenth day of Mary in the Year
       of Our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty five between George
       Parker of Charles County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the
       one part and Edward Cole jun.r of Calvert County and province af.d Gentleman
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said George Parker
       for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ninety five pounds sterling
       to him in hand paid at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
       Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and the said
       Edward Cole jun.r his Executors and Administrators thereof and
       therefrom by these presents fully acquitted and discharged Hath
       Granted Bargained Sold Released and confirmed and by these
       presents Doth Grant Bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto him
       the said Edward Cole jun.r his Heirs and Assigns All those two
       Tracts or parcells of Land following that is to say the one
       called Parkers Enlargement Scituate lying and being in Charles
       County af.d containing one hundred and fifty ^two^ Acres of Land More
       or Less the other part of a Tract of Land Called Marshalls adventure
       containing thirty Acres More or less conveyed by a certain Thomas
       Marshall to the af.d George Parker by particular metes and bounds
       the Deed bearing date on or about the Sixteenth Day of March
       in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty
       four together with all and Singular the Houses Edifices
       Buildings Improvements Profits Commodities and Advantages
       to the same Tracts or Parcells of Land belonging and the Revertion
       and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and
       Profits of the af.d Lands and premisses and every part thereof and
       all the Estate Right Title Interest use trust property Claim and Demand
       Whatsoever of him the said George Parker of into or out of the same
       with the appurtenances to each and every of them belonging To have
       and to hold the af.d Tracts or Parcells of Land and premisses
       with the appurtenances unto him the said Edward Cole his Heirs
       and assigns to his and their only proper use and behoof for ever
       and the af.d George Parker for himself his heirs Executors and
       Administrators the Tracts or parcells of Land af.d and premisses
       with the appurtenances unto him the said Edward Cole and
       his Heirs and assigns against all and all Manner of Persons
