       And amply to all intents constructions and Purposes as if the said Recited
       Indenture of Mortgage had never been Subject thereto any thing in the said Recited
       Indenture of Mortgage to the Contrary thereof in anywise Notwithstanding
       And the af.d George Parker doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors
       and Administrators Covenant Grant and agree to and with the said
       Edward Cole jun.r his Heirs and Assigns that he the said George Parker &
       his Heirs and all and Every other Person and Persons whatsoever
       having or Claiming or which may have or Claim any Estate Right Title
       or Interest of into or out of the hereby assigned and Released Lands
       and Premisses or any part thereof by from or under him the said
       George Parker or by from or under his Excellency Samuel Ogle Esquire
       Deceased Shall and Will at all times hereafter at the Reasonable
       request of him the said Edward Cole jun.r his Heirs and assigns
       Do make acknowledge Levy and Suffer or Cause or promise to be
       done make acknowledged Executed Levyed and Suffered all &
       Every such further and other Reasonable Act and Acts thing &
       things Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for
       the further assuring and Confirming the hereby assigned and Released
       Lands and Premisses with the appurtenances unto the said Edward
       Cole jun.r his Heirs and assigns as by him or them or his or their
       Counsel Learned in the Law Shall Reasonably be devised advised
       or Required And the said George Parker for himself his heirs
       Executors and Administrators the hereby assigned and Released
       Lands and premisses with their and Each of their appurtenances
       unto him the said Edward Cole jun.r his Heirs and assigns
       against all and all manner of Persons Claiming or to Claim any right
       Title or Interest of into or out of the same (the Yearly Quit Rents hereafter
       becoming due excepted) shall and will warrant and for Ever
       defend by these presents In testimony whereof the Parties to
       these presents have hereunto interchangeably Set their hands
       and Seals the Day and Year first above Written
