557) fifty five Between the Honourable Benjamin Tasker and Benjamin Tasker jun.r Esquires Executors of the Testament and last Will of his Excellency Samuel Ogle Esquire Deceased of the first part and George Parker of Charles County Gentleman of the Second part and Edward Cole jun.r of Calvert County merchant of the other part Whereas by Indenture duly Acknowledged and recorded in the Land Records of the Provincial Court bearing date on or about the Twenty third Day of March in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty made or mentioned to be made between the af.d George Parker by the Name of George Parker of Charles County Gentleman of the one part & the aforesaid Samuel Ogle Esq.r by the Name of his Excellency Samuel Ogle Esq.r of the other part the said George Parker did for the Consideration therein mentioned Grant Bargain sell Release and Confirm unto the said Samuel Ogle his Heirs and Assigns All those Several Tracts and Parcells of Land following that is to say a Tract of Land called Chance Scituate lying and being with the Appurtenances in Charles County but lately in Prince Georges County and Containing Two hundred and forty one Acres of Land according to the original Patent thereof granted in the year Seventeen hundred and eight unto William Hutchison late of Prince Georges County deceased And also a Tract of Land called Wheelers Adventure Scituate lying and being with the appurtenances in Charles County af.d and containing Seventy Six acres according to the Original patent thereof granted in the Year Sixteen hundred and eighty Seven unto James Wheeler late of Charles County deceased And also a Tract of Land called Piles's Addition scituate lying and being with the appurtenances in Charles County but lately in Prince Georges County and Containing Ninety Acres according to the original patent thereof granted in Seventeen hundred and thirty two unto William Piles late of Prince Georges County deceased and also All the Remaining part of a Tract of Land called Carrick Scituate lying and being in Charles County but lately in Prince Georges County the Said part containing by Estimation one hundred and Eighty five Acres two hundred Seventy and Seven Acres of the said Tract having been formerly Sold to Thomas Marshall of Charles County as by the Said Patents and Conveyance made to the said Thomas Marshall reference being thereunto had might more fully appear and all all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust benefit property Claim (And) |
