       Appurtenances to and for the only proper Use and behoof of the said Richard Hall his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever & to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Partys afd to these

                                        On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t)
       Maryland Somerset County to wit Be it Remembered that on the Second day of April in the Year of our Lord
       God one Thousand Seven hundred and fifty before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships the Right Honble
       the Lord Propry his Justices of the Provincial Court in and for the Province afsd personally appeared the
       Several partys to the within Deed and Acknowledged the same for the Uses Intents and Purposes therein
       contained in due form of Law   Taken and Acknowledged the day and Year above Written before me

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this Sixth day of April in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred
       and fifty Between Nathan Wright of Queen Annes County Gentleman and Mary his Wife of the first part William
       Bishop of Queen Annes County Planter of the second part and Edward Tilghman of Queen Annes County
       Gentleman of the third part Witnesseth that the said Nathan and Mary for the docking Barring and
       Absolutely cutting off all Estate Tail and Remainders of and in the Messuage Lands and Hereditaments
       herein after mentioned and for settling and Assuring the same to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes herein
       after expressed and declared and limitted and in Consideration of five Shillings Sterling to them in hand paid
       by the said Edward Tilghman the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for divers other good Causes &
       and Valuable Considerations them the said Nathan and Mary in this behalf moving have given granted
       Bargained and Sold and released enfeoffed and confirmed And by these Presents Do grant bargain and Sell
       release enfeoff and confirm unto the said William Bishop All those parts of two Tracts of Land lying in
       Queen Annes County afd called Long Neck & Coursey upon Wye which were Devised to the said Mary by
       the last Will and Testament of her Father Major William Turbutt late of Queen Annes County afd Deceased
       supposed to be Included within the following lines and Boundaries (that is to say) Beginning at a White Oak
       marked with Ten Notches three against three and two against two standing at the Lower Landing of the
       said Edward Tilghman (formerly the lower Landing of the said William Turbutt) between two Marshes
       and bearing about South eighty six Degrees West from the South West corner of the Dwelling House of
       the said Edward Tilghman (formerly the said William Turbutts dwelling House) and running from the
       said Tree North by East one hundred and sixty Perches and from thence East to the Road that leads from
       the said Edward Tilghmans dwelling Plantation (formerly the dwelling Plantation of the said W.m Turbutt)
       to Queen's Town thence with that Road to the Edge next the Plantation of the Swamp next above
       Maurice Shehawn's thence West Sixty Perches and from thence with a streight line to the Overgoing
       of Carroll's Branch thence with the said Branch and Carroll's Cove to Wye River and with the River to
       the beginning containing by Estimation three hundred and twenty four Acres be the same more or less
       and one Messuage thereon being Together with all Trees Woods Underwoods Commons Common of Pasture
       Profits Commodities Advantages Emmoluments and Hereditaments whatsoever to the Premisses belonging
       or in any wise Appertaining or in or upon the same growing happening arising or being And the Reversions
       Remainders Rents and Services to the same in any manner Incident or belonging and all the Estate Right
       Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said Nathan and Mary or either of them of on or
       to the Lands Messuage and Premisses afd or any part or parcel of them To have and to hold the said
       Lands Messuage and Premisses with the Appurtenances and every part and parcel of them to the said
       William Bishop and his Heirs forever to the Intent and Purpose only that the said William Bishop
