511) said Roger Boyce Corbin Lee Brian Philpot and Kinsey Johns All that the said Part of the ^said^ Tract of Land called Nicholson's Manor lying in Baltimore County containing about Four thousand two hundred Acres together with all Woods Woodlands and Underwoods being Parcel of or comprised within the said Four thousand two hundred Acres with all & singular ^other^ the Appurtenances of what Nature or Kind so ever to the said Part of the said Tract of Land and Premisses belonging or in any wise appertaining or therewith now or at any Time heretofore held used letten or enjoyed accepted reputed or taken as Part Parcel of Member thereof or as belonging thereunto and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Possession Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Benjamin Tasker of into or out of the said Premisses or any Part or Parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Part of the said Tract of Land called Nicholsons Manor and all other the Premisses mentioned or intended to be hereby granted bargained and sold with their Appurtenances unto the said Roger Boyce Corbin Lee Brian Philpot and Kinsey Johns their Heirs and Assigns ^unto & to the use of the said Roger Boyce, Corbin Lee, Bryan Philpot & Kinsey Johns their Heirs and Assigns^ for ever In Witness whereof the said Benjamin Tasker hath hereunto affixed his Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written Sealed and Delivered Benj.a Tasker Seal in the Presence of Geo Steuart Edmund Key On this 30.th Day of November Came the above named Benjamin Tasker Esq and acknowledged the above Deed before me according to the Form and Effect of the Act of Assembly in such Cases made and provided And also on the same Day came Ann the Wife of the said Benjamin Tasker and being privately out of the Hearing of her said Husband examined whether she doth make her Acknowledgment of the same willingly and freely and without being induced thereto by Fears or Threats of or ill Usage from her Husband or Fear of his Displeasure did freely willingly and without being induced thereto by Fears or Threats of or Ill Usage from her Husband or fear of his Displeasure acknowledge the above Deed and declared that she gave up and relinquished all Right of Dower in & to the Premisses in the above Deed mentioned taken before me Geo Steuart 12 Reced of Roger Boyce, Corbin Lee, Bryan Philpot Jun.r and Kinsey Johns Eight Pounds Eight shillings Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the four thousand two hundred Acres of Land in the aforegoing Conveyance) by virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General Rich.d Dorsey 13 Recorded Nov.r the 12.th 1754 Fees Charged so far for the year 1754 |
