Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Eleventh day of October in the Fourth
       Year of the Dominion of the Right Honourable Frederick absolute Lord and Proprietary
       of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &.ca and in the Year of our
       Lord God one thousand seven hundred fifty and four Between Thomas Jones of Wecocomoco
       in Somerset County in the said Province of Maryland Planter and Susanah his Wife Daughter
       of John Evans of the County af.d Deceased by his Wife Ann who after the Death of the said
       John Intermaried with Thomas Gilliss of the same place Gent and now also deceased and Nicholas
       Evans of the County and Province af.d Planter Eldest son and heirs of the said Ann of the first
       part Isaac Handy of the same Place Gentleman of the second part; and Samuel Handy of the County
       and Province afores.d Marriner of the third part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Jones & Susanah his
       Wife and the said Nicholas Evans for the Docking bearing and Cuting of all Estates tail and remainders
       in Tail of and in the Messuages Tenements Lands and Hereditaments herein^after^ mentioned and
       for the Settling and Assuring the same to and for the Uses intents and Purposes herein after limitted expressed
       and Declared and in Consideration of the sum of Five Shillings Current money of Maryland
       to them in hand paid by the said Isaac Handy the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and
       for divers good Causes and Considerations them the said Thomas Jones and Susanah his
       Wife and Nicholas Evans in this behalf moving Have and each of them Hath granted bargained
       and sold released and confirmed and by these presents Do and every of them Doth grant
       bargain and sel releas and confirm unto the said Isaac Handy and to his heirs and Assigns
       forever All that moiety or upper half part of a Certain Tract ^of Land^ called Daniels Adventure
       situate Lying and being on the North side of Weccomoco river in the said county of Somerset
       which is Contained within the bounds and limitts following to wit Begining at the second
       boundery of the said Tract Daniels Adventure and from thence North West three hundred
       and twenty poles thence South West eighty eight poles thence South east untill it intersects the first line
       of the said Tract and from thence by and with the same line unto the aforesaid Second bounder and
       first begining containing one hundred and fifty Acres of Land ^be the same^ more or Less Together with
       all Buildings Orchards Gardens Improvements Profitts Priviledges Hereditaments and Appurtenances
       to the Af.d one hundred and fifty Acres of land belonging or in any ^Manner^ Appertaining and the reversions
       and remainders rents Issues and Profitts thereof or incident thereunto To have and to
       hold the aforesaid one hundred and fifty Acres of land with the Messuages Tenements Lands
       and Premisses above mentioned and every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto
       the said Isaac Handy and his heirs forever, To the intent and purpose only that the said Isaac
       Handy shall and may become perfect Tenant of the freehold of the said Messuages one hundred
       and fifty Acres of Land Tenements and premisses and shall and may stand and be Seized thereof
       until a good and Perfect Common Recovery with Double Vouchers Over, may be
       duly had suffered and Executed of the said Messuages Tenements Lands and Premisses according
       to the Usual Course of Common Recoveries for Assurance of Lands and Tenements in such
       Cases used and Accustomed And thereupon it is Covenanted concluded and Agreed by and between
       all the said parties to these Presents for themselves and their and every of their Heirs by these
       Presents in manner following, that is to say that the said Isaac Handy shall and will permit
       and suffer the said Samuel Handy before the end of October term next comeing to sue forth and prosecute
       against him the said Isaac Handy one writt of Entry Sur Desseisin enle Post returnable
       before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court at the City of Annapolis, Whereby
       demanding against the said Isaac Handy the said Messuages Tenements Lands Hereditaments
       and Premisses herein before mentioned by such Name and Names number of Acres
