451) Nineteen and a half Acres more or less both which said last mentioned Parcels of Land were by Indenture of Bargain and Sale bearing Date the Twenty first Day of August in the Year of our Lord Seventeen Hundred twenty five Sold and Conveyed by Thomas Fletchal of Prince Georges County Planter unto the said John Bradford his Heirs and Assigns for ever And also all that Tract or Parcel of Land being another Part of y.e said Tract of Land called the Widows Mite Beginning at a bounded Spanish Oak standing in the Second Line of the said Land and beginning in the second line of the said Land at the End of One hundred and seventy Perches and running thence North Two hundred thirty eight Perches South fifty eight Degrees West One hundred sixty six Perches South two Degrees East Eighty Perches then with a streight line to the beginning Tree Containing One hundred and twenty four Acres more or less which said last mentioned Tract or Parcel of Land was by Indenture of Bargain and Sale bearing Date on or about the Ninth Day of May in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and thirty Sold and Conveyed by William Kinshaw of Prince Georges County Planter unto the said John Bradford his Heirs and Assigns for Ever as by the several Deeds of Bargain & Sale may appear All which Lands among others were heretofore convey'd by Henry Watson afores.d to the said James Russell by his Deed indented as aforesaid bearing Date as aforesaid Together with all the Right Title Property Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said James Russell of in or unto the aforesaid Tracts or Parcels of Land with the Appurtenances to the same belonging & every Part and Parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Tracts or Parcels of Land with the Appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the ^afore^said Joseph Belt his Heirs and Assigns for Ever to such use and to and for such Intents and Purposes as are herein after expressed and declared (That is to say) to the Use and Behoof of Lucy Watson the Wife of the aforesaid Henry Watson his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to and for no other Use or Uses Intents or Purposes whatsoever And the said James Russell for himself and his Heirs the aforesaid Tracts or Parcels of Land to him the said Joseph Belt his Heirs and Assigns to and for the Use aforesaid against all Manner of Persons claiming by from or under him the said James Russell and his Heirs shall and will warrant and forever defend In Witness whereof the Party to these Presents hath set his Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written Sealed and Delivered in Presence of James Russell Seal John Hepburn Tho.s Hodgkin |
