Ex.d Know all Men by these Presents That I Beale Nicholson of the City of
       Annapolis in the Province of Maryland for and in Consideration of the Sum
       of five Shillings Sterling to me in hand paid at or before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and
       for divers other good Causes and Considerations me hereunto moving Have
       Remised Released and Quit Claimed and by these Presents Do for myself my
       Heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them remise release and
       for ever quit claim unto Samuel Nicholson of Stockton upon Tees in the County
       of Durham Doctor in Physick Benjamin Nicholson of the Borough of
       Berwick upon Tweed in the Kingdom of England Brewer and Joseph
       Nicholson of Kent County in the Province aforesaid Merchant all my
       Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever
       whether in Law or Equity of in and unto a certain Tract or Parcel of Land
       called Nicholsons Manor lying and being in Baltimore County Containing
       Four Thousand two hundred Acres more or less and the Reversion & Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Tract or
       Parcel of Land with all and singular the Appurtenances thereunto belonging ^or in any wise Appertaining^
       To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land with the Appurtenances
       to them the said Samuel Nicholson Benjamin Nicholson & Joseph Nicholson
       their Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
       hand and Affixed my Seal this fourteenth day of September in the Year of
       our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and fifty three
