Ex.d This Indenture made this 29.th day of August in the Year of our Lord God One
       Thousand Seven hundred fifty and two Between Hants Ulrick Waggoner of Frederick County
       Farmer on the one part and Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis Merchant on the other
       part Witnesseth That the said Hants Ulrick Waggoner for and in Consideration of the Sum of
       One hundred Twenty and six Pounds Current Money of Maryland to him in hand paid and
       Satisfyed by him the said Charles Carroll the receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge
       Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these   
       Presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said
       Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that part of a Tract of Land Granted
       to him by Patent bearing date the twenty fourth day of May One Thousand Seven hundred
       fifty and one that is to say Beginning at the beginning Tree of the same Tract and running
       South sixty Degrees East eighty Perches then North sixty Degrees East thirty Perches North
       eighteen Perches North six Degrees West thirty four Perches North forty Degrees West eighteen
       Perches North fifty two Degrees East Sixteen Perches South forty three Degrees East Seventy
       two Perches South Seventeen Degrees East thirty three Perches South twelve Perches South
       forty Degrees East forty two Perches South fifteen Degrees East thirty four Perches South
       Sixty eight Degrees East twenty four Perches South Seven Degrees East twenty six Perches       
       South twenty five Degrees West sixty four Perches South fifty one Degrees West twenty five
       Perches South fifty seven Degrees West thirty four Perches then North eighty six Degrees
       West eighty one Perches North Sixty Degrees West thirty four Perches then North sixty eight
       Degrees West thirty four Perches North thirty nine Degrees West forty Perches North thirty
       seven Degrees West sixteen Perches North twenty one Degrees East Seventy two Perches North
       forty seven Degrees West Seventy Perches then with a streight line to the beginning for two
       hundred and thirty five Acres of Land being the Northermost part of the whole Tract together
       with all the Houses Fencing Meadows Improvements and Appurtenances thereon or thereto
       in any wise belonging and Appertaining To have and to hold the said Two hundred
       thirty five Acres of Land part of Germania with it's Appurtenances unto him the said
       Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for ever to his and their proper Use and Behoof and to
       no other Use Intent or Purpose whatever And the said Hants Ulrick Waggoner doth Covenant
       and Agree with him the said Charles Carroll that he the said Charles his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever shall and may have hold and Enjoy the said Two hundred and thirty five Acres of Land
       part of Germania with it's Appurtenances well and sufficiently Warranted and Defended as
       well against him the said Hants Ulrick Waggoner as against all manner of Person or Persons
       whatsoever the Chief Rents to the Lord Proprietor hereafter arising only excepted Provided
       always and the true Intent and meaning of these Presents is that in Case the said Hants
       Ulrick Waggoner shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto him the said
       Charles Carroll his Exect.s or Adm.rs at or before the Twenty ninth day of August which shall
       be in the Year of our Lord God One Thousand Seven hundred fifty and three next ensuing the
       date of these Presents the said Sum of One hundred and twenty six Pounds Current Money
       of Maryland with the Lawfull Interest thereon That then and in such Case the foregoing
       Deed of Bargain and Sale to become Void and of no Effect otherwise to remain and be of full
       force and Virtue in Law to all Intents and Purposes therein mentioned   In Witness whereof
       and the foregoing Premisses the Partys to these Presents have Interchangeably set their hands
       and Seals the day and Year first above Written
