285) or Parcel of Land called Forrest All which said Tracts and Parcels of Land is Scituated lying and being in Kent County aforesaid in the afsd Province of Maryland according to the Original Meets and Bounds of the said Tracts and Parcels of Land together with all the Houses Orchards Gardens Fences Timber Woods and Improvements or Advantages whatsoever to the same Lands belonging or in any wise appertaining or in or upon the same growing happening or arising), And also all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of him the said Phillip Holeadger to the afsd Tracts and Parcels of Land with the Appurtenances to the same belonging according to the Original Meets and Bounds thereof To have and to hold the afsd Tracts and Parcels of Land with the Appurtenances unto the same Thomas Harris his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to the only proper Use and behoof of the same Thomas Harris his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the Partys above mentioned have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year above written Signed Sealed and Delivered upon each & every Phi.ll Holeadger Seal of the above mentioned Tracts and Parcels of Land and Possession given of all and every of the same Tracts to the above named Thomas Harris by the above named Phillip Holeadger the day and Year above mentioned In the Presence of his S.ll Perkins, V.no Benton, James I Cary mark On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t Received of Thomas Harris this twentyeth day of June Seventeen hundred and fifty two Two hundred and fifty five Pounds Current Money of the Province of Pensylvania it being for the Purchase of the Lands within mentioned Received by me Witness Robert Bridey Phi.ll Holeadger Rob.t Sharpless Memorandum That on the 19.th day of June in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty two Phillip Holeadger Personally Appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices for the Province of Maryland and did Acknowledge the within Deed of Sale to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Absolute Right Title and Property of him the within named Thomas Harris his Heirs and Assigns for ever, to the Uses therein mentioned Acknowledged before me according to the Act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided the day and Year above written 6 Recorded July 2.d 1752 R.d Tilghman Ex.d This Indenture made the twenty sixth day of May Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred fifty and two Between Valentine Mire of Frederick County Cordwainer of the one part and John Ross Esq.r of the City of Annapolis of the other part Witnesseth that the said Valentine Mire for and in Consideration of the Sum of forty Pounds Current Money to him in hand paid by the said John Ross at and before the Ensealing of these Presents the receipt whereof ^he^ the said Valentine Mire doth hereby Acknowledge hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and made over as by these Presents he the said Valentire Mire doth for himself and his Heirs Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Confirm and make over unto him the said John Ross his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Tract or Parcel of Land and Plantation called Michaels Fancy lying (and) |
